Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us at Exclusive Nail Studio, We understand that sometimes you’ll need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. As a result we respectfully request 24 hour notice for cancellations. All cancellations outside of the time frame incurs a cancellation fee, 100% of the deposit. There’s a 10 minute grace period given, arrivals after the grace period lose their deposit and appointment so please be prompt. By booking an appointment with Exclusive Nail Studio, you agree to the terms that all deposits are non-refundable and you waive all disputes regarding the deposit. The balance of the service(s) received is due at your appointment and must be paid in cash. Convenient fee can be applied on these days Wednesdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
